What this service is

A set of free worksheets that do arithmetic on figures you supply, and a set of written guides to how a small firm's matters, time recording, billing and client money work. Ellul Solutions Ltd provides this service directly: we are the vendor, not an introducer or a reseller.

How we are paid

A monthly subscription that keeps your matters, timesheets and bills as a record with a history. You contract with Ellul Solutions Ltd and you pay us: there is no reseller, no introducer and no third party in between, and the name on your receipt is the name on this page.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Partnro charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Partnro never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

A downloadable index of the worksheet results in your account, as CSV, so the record is yours to take somewhere else.

No warranty

Nothing on this site is legal, accounting or regulatory advice. In particular, the client-money and trust-account material describes how firms generally handle money held for clients; it is not advice about your jurisdiction's rules, and your own regulator's rules govern how you hold, reconcile and report on that money. The worksheets do arithmetic on figures you supply and are only as right as those figures.
