The plan renews monthly on the day you started it, at the same price you signed up at. We tell you by email before any price change, and a change never applies to a term already paid for. Cancel yourself from the account page at any time. No email, no phone call, no notice period. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for, and your records stay exportable.
Online payments: Stripe's processing fee plus a 1% platform fee per payment, deducted before your payout.
Do you need a full practice management suite instead?
If you need case management, document assembly, legal research, court filing and client intake in one system, buy a practice management suite: that is what they are for, and they do it properly, priced per user and implemented.
